Sept 2, 2012: -20kg - Reward: New pair of bathers :)
December 2012: -30kg - Reward: tattoo!! & a new outfit. and a motherfucking party to celebrate my success!

Outcome:
I will be fit and healthy. My clothing size is smaller from a 16-18 to a 10. my muscles are lean and strong. My diet is healthy and nutritionally balanced. I fit into my favorite (size 10) miss 60 jeans. My self esteem and confidence is healthy. I am able to help others by sharing my success.
